Email Encryption
Any emails that contain personal, financial, or other such sensitive data (including vehicle VIN) must be encrypted. You can avoid having the email quarantined by manually encrypting it before sending. When creating the email, select the Options menu, then Encrypt & set permissions to Encrypt. The recipients will still receive the "You've received an encrypted email..." message, but it won't be delayed by MTE's quarantine.
Please note that sometimes Microsoft Outlook often requires the recipient to double-click and open the email, not just try to read it in the Preview Pane.
