Contractor Accounts
When contractor accounts are created in AD and/or Okta, the following must also be provided in the account record.
- Company
- Sponsor
- Department
- Title (optional)
- Account Expiration (not to exceed one year)
- Ticket number for the account request
AD and Okta have fields that can be used for this information.
