Welcome to MTE's New Help Desk
This is MTE's new help desk, which is much more than just a way to submit trouble tickets. This new system makes it easy to request items and services via a standard Service Catalog, look up solutions from the knowledge base, as well as submit trouble tickets.
To start, choose "Request a service" and browse the various categories and options. If one of those isn't suitable, select "Report an issue" and let us know what you need. One big advantage of the "Request a service" is that it will automatically route the ticket to the appropriate group.
As time goes on, we will add various self-service articles that can provide immediate assistance.
